Contributed 15 canned food items to their family center.

Worked with the Nursing school's hospital day simulation. My role as a volunteer was to play the patients family member or neighbor. The purpose behind this was to prepare students to be able to identify important people, and understand that people go in and out of the room and like to ask a lot of questions.

Worked with Project Transitions. Most of my time there I interacted with the residents and I even learned how to play spades from one of the residents. I think he really enjoyed teaching me because usually everything else is done for him and this time he was in charge.

I worked at Dougs House and I have loved the experience so far. I never thought that I would want to work with this population but I have learned that they are some of the most grateful and generous people. While there I interacted with the residents and helped with dinner prep and serving.

Helped breakthrough in their office doing secretarial work.

Volunteered at Decker Middle School, helped students with math homework.

Helped Breakthrough at their main location doing secretarial work. Helped file for upcoming teacher positions. Put snack bags together for the kids.
