In this mini session I learned a lot of good things about stress,burnout and the pressure to succeed. It was useful for me because sometimes I feel that I’m behind everyone but with this presentation it made me reflect or view the situation.
I learned about the differences between AA, AS, and AAS degrees. We discussed examples of what students can do with each degree and how they can help us reach our career goals. I learned that some degrees are designed to help students transfer to a four-year university, while others focus more on preparing students for specific careers. This helped me understand the different options available and how to choose a degree based on my future plans.
