I learned more about the proper way to address different people in different environments. I also learned how to create a personal signature in Outlook to help become more appropriate when addressing others. I also learned the importance of respecting other people's time.

I learned about the different parts of the school, and all the different people that help keep things moving properly. I particularly learned more about the job of the Chief of Security/Police and what they do in case of any emergency on campus, as well as the importance of having OwlAlert.

Learned how to navigate give pulse, add hours, and look for events

I learned about the different people and authorities that I can rely on if I need help. Also the different types of people coming and going in and out of the college.

I learned more about what the program is really about, and about what we need to do to stay in the program. I also heard people's experiences through the program, and tips they had to succeed through the courses.
