UTSA Alumni Gala

Tasks:

1. Packing Up Unsold Silent Auction Items:

   • Carefully pack up any unsold silent auction items.
   • Ensure items are securely stored and labeled for easy identification.

2. Assisting with Collection and Packaging of Goods for Checkout:

   • Help guests collect and package their purchased items for checkout.
   • Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and items are properly handled.

3. Miscellaneous Tasks:

   • Perform various tasks as needed to support the shutdown process.
   • Assist in cleaning up and organizing the event space to return it to its original condition.

Additional Information:

• Volunteers will be provided with meals during their shift.
• Self-parking is available for all volunteers.
• Dress code for volunteers is black tie optional.
