UTSA Alumni Gala

1. Assisting with Bidding Software:

   • Help guests navigate and use the bidding software.
   • Provide guidance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

2. Readjusting Auction Items:

   • Ensure auction items are displayed properly and readjust them as needed.
   • Maintain the organization and presentation of the auction area.

3. Directing Guests to the Ballroom:

   • Guide guests to the ballroom when dinner begins.
   • Provide clear directions and assist guests in finding their seats.

Additional Information:

• Volunteers will be provided with meals during their shift.
• Self-parking is available for all volunteers.
• Dress code for volunteers is black tie optional.
