I had the opportunity to be able to help in my community and volunteer in the blazer kitchen. I was able to check people out and help students find what they need throughout the store. I enjoyed this opportunity because I was able to see the impact I made on people right then and there.

I volunteered at the blazer kitchen. I was able to help in the kitchen by being able to check people in and out, and then also unloading donations. I enjoyed this service learning because I felt like I was able to help people in my own community.
