The transfer fair at Largo was great! I was able to interact with colleges to gain an understanding of their expectations for students once they transfer to their institutions. It allowed me to understand how I need to prepare myself.
I was able to meet with transfer counselors from universities I am planning to transfer including UMD, UMBC, MICA, Townson, and St. Mary's. I also got brochures with transfer majors and info and cards with contact information for further advising.
I learned about credits to transfer to UMD.

The event was fun, there was one college being Virginia University that had my major but the rest did not but it was an interesting networking event.
This was a amazing college transfer as I got to see many schools what they offer whether it was morgan, Virginia State, UMBC and more. I hope to get into one if these schools one day
I spoke with representatives from the University of Maryland and Towson University; it was really interesting. I gained a better understanding of the programs they offer for completing the application process.
