During the meeting, the SSP team reintroduced themselves to the students. Then refreshed students about the academic and engagement requirements for the program by quizzing the students. Then the SSP team quickly went over the academic and engagement requirements. Then they went over the deadlines for FASFA, registration for Summer and Fall 2026. As the meeting progressed, the SSP team kept quizzing students, for example, one of the questions was what is the name of the beginning semester meeting? They also went over GivePulse and to keep track of our hours. Lastly, the SSP team had a Q&A for students.
The end-of-semester meeting was very helpful. I learned what I need to do to keep my scholarship, like completing 30 credits by the end of summer and keeping at least a 2.5 GPA. It helped me understand that I need to stay focused on my classes and not wait until the last minute to do engagement hours. I also learned that checking my email every day is important to stay updated. Overall, the meeting gave me a clear idea of what I need to do to finish the semester strong.
I attended End of Semester Spring 2026. I got refreshed on important information.
Great way to end out the semester. Looking forward to launch next semester.
The end of semester meeting I attended was great! I was able to get a recap of the requirements I need to complete in order to maintain my scholarship. It was very informative and useful, and I look forward to finish the semester strong!
The meetings was really helpful in giving me a clearer understanding of where I stand academically and what I need to focus on moving forward. It was a good reminder of the specific academic and program requirements I need to meet. I also appreciated getting updates on my scholarship status, since it made me more aware of the expectations I need to maintain to stay eligible. I also learned that we need to be checking our emails everyday to stay updated over the summer.
In this event we basically just got a refresher about all the meetings and rules/requirements and stuff and did a few zoom quizzes.
It was a great and informative meeting. I was able to catch up on the important dates, such as fall registration and promise status dates.
