We started the day off getting there at 8 to set up and we played duck duck goose until everyone got there and then we started playing sports with them all day until 12 and ate lunch with them in Gilman and then let them go from there
Our nonprofit , Downtown PKB, is Parkersburg’s Main Street organization. We hosted a group of students who cleaned and painted in our Artists Alley. The area needed some finishing touches to finish out the project. These students did an excellent job representing the college and helping us complete this space activation project.
This group did amazing! So well organized, pleasant to be around, and wonderful workers! We are excited to use some of the other ideas they brought to our table for other spaces we are working on here at The Betsey!
I sorted pre-packaged meals and put together Halloween candy bags at Ely Chapman!
