During the third mini-session, Mental Health: Emotional Wellness, Healthy Relationships, and Productivity, I was able to learn more about emotional wellness, habits to avoid, emotions to be aware of, how to become productive, and strategies to use to be able to manage stress. This session was a great reminder to self-reflect on habits and emotions to find the right approach to cope with them.
The speaker was very charismatic and open, making the session interesting to listen to. I also liked how open to participation people were.
During this meeting, I thought a lot about my current family situation. The last scenario we went over was very relatable to me, and I wanted to use what we went over to help my family. Getting external help is extremely useful because some issues can't be solved by yourself. Whether its a therapist or a friend, everyone needs help.
Throughout the meeting, I had gained more insight on the ways that one can start feeling out of place with their well being. One major factor were the list of ways one can start doing when they're in a situation that can hinder their emotional part of their well being.
