it was great!
For the majority of the 5 service hours, myself and 2 other volunteers stood at the end of the race and directed the bikers to the finish line. Though a small act, we made a large impact. Without our help, several bikers missed the last turn to the finish line. It taught me that all acts of service, no matter how small, can make an impact on a community.
Realy fun, met people and the happy faces or the racers was nice
This was a lot of fun and it was great to see the sense accomplishment as the riders finished.
It was so much fun getting to see the participants faces light up with joy as they crossed the finish line to receive their well-deserved metals! As someone who hasn't not really been involved with local Fayetteville recreation culture, I absolutely loved getting learn more about the biking scene and getting to meet and speak with some many new people. I would definitely want to volunteer my time to do have the experience again!
Great cause for my get your 10 this semester!
