Hamestring Trail Cleanup: I really enjoyed this volunteer experience! I participated in the trail cleanup from 9am-12:30pm through the Biological Engineering Student Club for our last cleanup before re-adopting the trail. I'm happy that we have claimed it back and are able to keep it clean after losing it to Covid :)

Volunteering at the Citywide Earth Day Cleanup was such a rewarding experience. I got to meet many new people and help make this Earth a cleaner and better place!

On 4/20/2024, I volunteered with the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department for an Earth Day clean up event. I picked up trash behind the Fayetteville Public Library and along the roads leading to the Neighborhood Walmart. I gave any recyclable items to the Marion Orton Recycling Center. My participation in this event was extremely rewarding, because I know my actions improved the quality of life for citizens and wildlife in Fayetteville.
