Morning Garden Workday

The water supply for the food forest had been (inexplicably) cut off so we weren’t able to do the chores that were planned. We made ourselves useful weeding Bermuda out of a berm instead.

We weeded and prepped a berm and then planted peppers, beans and cucumbers. We also cleared trails. Karen shared lots of wisdom about permaculture techniques.

We harvested oats and oat stems, and planted peppers and okra. Delightful!
