My great grandmother has severe dementia and ever since I was little my nana has made it a priority to make sure my sister and I routinely visited elderly homes and spend time with them when we realized that their own families wouldn't and I can't express how much happiness even something so small as creating a card for an elderly adult can bring such a large amount of joy into their lives and a sense of fulfillment in my own.
