I absolutely loved this event because while I was helping paint the mural with numbers, I was also relaxing since it was not related to school. It was quiet and peaceful since it was only me and another girl who was volunteering in the morning. When I was painting, a news reporter showed up and was really interested in this project, so he asked us some questions and took some pictures of us. It was a unique experience. I would recommend students who want to take their minds off school to volunteer at this event.

I helped University Programs by stamping labels on boards to be used as a paint-by-number mural. The project will be used by students at a campus event. Through this experience I got to meet new people on campus and learn about new different opportunities to get involved on campus.
