Adopt-a-Block Fall 2021 Block 1, Week 10

It was so fun, I felt like I was making a difference and I got to know my sisters better

I discussed my experience in my first submission, but I am confused on why I was not approved. If it because I did not circle my face while submitting the photos, then that issue can be quickly resolved as I just went and circled my face in each photo. My group and I were unsure if there were supposed to be any CCE staff present at Ruby Street Park, where we were supposed to meet, because I was there 10 minutes early and waited until about 12:10 for any staff member to show up and give us supplies. No staff members were present at Ruby Street Park, so the group on my block, and every other group decided to go back to their dorms or house to get there own supplies and go clean the block, so that is what we did. We went and got our own supplies and then cleaned the block.

CCE Staff  5 years ago Thank you for resubmitting this. I made sure to verify this impact. As for the CCE Staff being there, to my knowledge there should not be a staff member present. However, I will have to look into that and get back to you. Thank you for your commitment to the community.
