I worked with mulch for the entire experience, which was smelly and tough work, but I enjoyed it. It felt rewarding to see the mulch piles get smaller and smaller, and also to see the impact that the new mulch made on the park. Duncan Park really looked great by the time all the mulch had been dispersed!

Such a great volunteer opportunity. I was able to attend the event with the WBA organization that I am apart of, and we were able to help shovel compost into barrels and layer them under the canopies of the trees. Lots of sweat and hardwork but well worth it in the end.
