Envisioning Justice

Angela Davis gave a phenomenal lecture and made many thought-provoking points. To be able to hear from someone who has made such a great impact was truly an honor. It was amazing to hear her critical perspective of things with a sense of optimism.

Angela Davis is an iconic figure. She talked about the many struggles she had to experience. She was put in jail multiple times. Angela mentioned and talked about different ways she would consider inclusion and diversion, and how she views things in the society. I learned much about her struggles and what she has been put through and her achievements.
