What You’ll Be Doing:
Volunteers will assist with light construction tasks, cleanup, landscaping and other hands-on activities to help move this home forward. No construction experience is required—Habitat staff will be on-site to guide you every step of the way. Exact project details will be shared upon check-in.
Example of common volunteers tasks at a Habitat construction site include, but are not limited to:
- Painting walls, doors, or cabinets
- Installing siding, trim, or molding
- Landscaping, planting, and/or weeding
- Etc.
Volunteers MUST be at least16 years of age.
For safety reasons, volunteers must wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes and weather-appropriate clothing!
All build site shifts are subject to change due to weather or site conditions.
If adjustments to start time, location, or cancellation are needed, we will notify volunteers before the shift begins.
