About
The annual day of the dead celebration is our biggest event at the ESB-MACC. This day is held as an indigenous Mexican holiday that celebrates the life cycle through the building of temporary altars to commemorate loved ones who have passed.
We need volunteers to help out from October 28-Nov. 1st. (please see shifts) for the following:
-Altars Exhibit
-Artist Market
-Sound System
-Stage Set Up and Technical Staff
-Information Table
-Green Room and Backstage Assistance
-Classic Car Show
-Family Activities
*Mask Making/Headdress
*Papel Picado
*Beaded Necklaces
*Sugar Skull Décor
*Sugar Skull/Merch Booth

1) Must attend a volunteer orientation (THURSDAY, OCT. 23rd 2-3pm or 6-7pm)

I have just added a new shift. We really need assistance with registering people that will participate in the Classic Car Show on Nov. 1st from 11:30am - 2:30pm.

Hola ESB-MACC Volunteers!
This is just a reminder, Please email me what time you all will be available to attend the Volunteer Orientation this Thursday, OCT. 23rd- The first session is from 2:00-3:00pm and the second session from 6:00-7:00pm.
It is important that you all send me an email to the following address and give me your RSVP for which Volunteer Orientation session you can make it to, so that I may order enough food for everyone! (Yummy!)
