Adulting 101 is an interactive virtual workshop designed to give you the real-world skills that actually matter in college and beyond. In just 60 minutes, you'll learn how to write a professional email that actually gets a response, leave a voicemail that doesn't make you cringe, navigate group project drama with emotional intelligence, find credible research sources like a pro, and handle the moments nobody prepares you for.
Virtual participation requirements:
This session is built on engagement. Your camera must be on and you must actively participate throughout. If you show up, show up. Passive attendance is not an option (and honestly, you'd be missing all the fun...AND WON'T GET CREDIT).
