The Zion Legacy Business Award Ceremony honors the life and impact of Zion. We're looking for a dedicated and dependable Event Champion to help make the ceremony unforgettable and keep everything running smoothly. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the ceremony and ensure all segments happen on schedule 
• Help design and place signage for the ceremony and future events 
• Visit venues in advance to check layouts ,confirm arrangements ,and deliver required forms 
• Handle small issues that arise so the event stays on track 
• Document the event with notes or photos for future planning 
• Keep everything respectful and private to honor Zion's legacy

• Handle guests needs,volunteer questions ,and on site issues 
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Volunteer Coordinator (Ines) and Team Leads 
• Attend award rehearsals on designated days 
• Communicate with the founder before and after each session via text/email 
• Ensure smooth coordination during all event days and ongoing events into 2026 
• 1 primary Event Captain and 1 backup in case the primary cannot attend all required dates
