About
Come out on Wednesday the 15th of October 11am - 1PM to learn about and volunteer at Scrappy's Garden! This is a collaborative garden project between KSU Dining, the CARE pantry, EcoOwls Student Organization and the Office of Sustainability!
We are looking for help with a number of tasks including weeding, composting, and planting!
You must dress appropriately to work outdoors, including wearing closed-toe shoes. Please bring a water bottle and something to snack on if needed. Bring a hat, wear sunblock, and gardening gloves, if you have them!
Location: Come to the front door of the Commons Dining Hall -> turn right and walk up the ramp. At top of ramp you will see trees and a metal gate to your left, that is Scrappy's Garden!

- Please dress appropriately for the weather since we will be outside during this volunteer event. Please check the weather forecast to determine the most appropriate way to dress.
- You must wear closed-toe shoes that you do not mind if they get a bit muddy.
- We encourage you to walk with a full water bottle to stay hydrated during your time with us.
