Volunteer responsibilities include:

• Record attendance, pedometer readings, and fitness assessment scores
• Facilitate and join in group discussions and exercise
• Write encouraging notes for graduation
• Assist with managerial tasks as needed 
• Encourage & support our participants
• Have fun! 

Location: Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, 5560 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462

Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm

Dates: October 1 - November 19
