We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Success Coaches.

Our mission is to connect young students with positive adult role models who can guide them toward academic success and personal growth. As a Success Coach, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps students build confidence, set goals, and achieve their full potential.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

• Time Commitment: Meet with your student twice a month for 30-minute sessions. The total time commitment, including travel and check-ins, is roughly 1-2 hours per month while schools are in session (Sept.-May).
• Initial Registration and Training: Your coaching journey begins with completing a clear background check and registration with Toledo Public Schools. Once approved, you'll attend our initial training to prepare you for your role as a coach.
• Be a Positive Role Model: Engage positively and appropriately with your student.
• Collaborate on Goals: Help your student set and track personal and academic goals.
• Stay Connected: Complete all reporting and maintain communication with your Success Coach Coordinator.
