Volunteer alongside others to support essential horticultural care in the park, completing tasks such as weeding, planting and mulching – no gardening experience required. Volunteers give back to the community by helping to remove trash and debris from the park’s salt marshes and beaches (no experience required but note that activity will involve some rock scrambling). Volunteers play a dual role as volunteer educators and ambassadors within the Conservancy’s environmental education program. Education volunteers support by engaging visitors with activities in the Environmental Education Center during Open Hours. Zone Volunteers work alongside Horticulture staff to care for the park’s diverse landscapes and habitats.
