About

Come out on Friday the 6th of June between 12PM - 2PM to learn about and volunteer at Scrappy's Garden! This is a collaborative garden project between KSU Dining, the CARE pantry, EcoOwls Student Organization and the Office of Sustainability! 

 We are looking for help with a number of tasks including weeding, composting, and planting! 

You must dress appropriately to work outdoors, including wearing closed toe shoes. Please bring a water bottle and something to snack on if needed.

Requirement Details
  • Please dress appropriately for the weather since we will be outside during this volunteer event. Please check the weather forecast to determine the most appropriate way to dress.
  • You must wear closed-toe shoes that you do not mind if they get a bit muddy.
  • We encourage you to walk with a full water bottle to stay hydrated during your time with us.
