PJEMS is the primary ambulance service for several schools, hospitals, medical facilities, a ferry terminal, a train yard, and several utilities, all in a suburban setting. 

 Student volunteer members will be taught to operate an ambulance safely, treat patients, and provide life-saving care in the community we serve. PJEMS staff of educators are diverse and well groomed to enhance your educational experience. Members will complete an NYS EMT Original Program and upon successful completion be certified NYS Emergency Medical Technicians, a skill they can keep for life.
