About
We would love your help building/restoring a native landscape for our school! The landscape at our school is maintained mostly through volunteer work, and our aim is to create a beautiful Palouse Prairie ecosystem for our students to explore and engage with. There are a variety of tasks to do each week- weeding, watering, planting, and scattering seeds. We would love your help with whatever you are most comfortable doing! We have gardening gloves and other supplies you will need. We do suggest that you bring sunscreen and protective clothing if the sun is out, and wear closed-toed shoes. Also please bring water!
If you are arriving before 3, we ask that you park on Nursery Street and walk into the property. We often meet by the seats in the "island" in the middle of the parking area, and then move on from there. If you don't see us, you're welcome to text (208) 596-8167 once you arrive.
