Needing Easy Volunteer Hours?

Help The Salvation Army by donating canned goods and shelf-stable food to our shelters and food pantries. Earn 1 service hour for every 10 items donated! (Limit up to 10 hours TOTAL per calendar year. Not applicable for court ordered community service hours.)

How to Get Your Hours:

1. Sign Up: Register through GivePulse so we know when you plan to donate.

2. Gather your items: Expired items will not be accepted. Good suggestions are breakfast items (cereal, oatmeal, breakfast bars), pasta, boxed meals, canned items, ramen, and kid friendly snacks (Currently we are fully stocked on all types of beans, but we love canned chili, soups, tomatoes, carrots, and fruit! Pop top cans are preferred if possible).

3. Drop Off: Bring your donated items to our Area Command Offices: 219 W 15th St., Fayetteville, AR.

4. Sign In: Be sure to fill out our sign-in form. Ask the front desk for the QR Code. YOUR IMPACT WILL BE DENIED IF YOU DO NOT SIGN-IN.

5. Update: We can't edit or update your impact, but we can verify it. Make sure that you submit the correct amount of hours so that you get credit for your service. For verification, put your service under "time" instead of "goods." Doing so, will let you adjust your hours.
