About
In collaboration with the Carl Chavis YMCA Juneteenth Celebration, we are seeking volunteers for Juneteenth Reader Day. Volunteers will read a selected book about Juneteenth to 2nd graders and guide them through an art activity. Their art projects will be displayed at the official Juneteenth Celebration on June 16th. This initiative aims to educate students about the holiday while engaging our community. Join us in fostering unity, awareness, and education about Juneteenth!
