Join the Austin Cactus and Succulent Society in beautifying the Cactus and Succulent Garden!
This event could involve:
- Weeding
- Pruning
- Planting
Please arrive prepared to work outdoors with closed-toed shoes and a full water bottle. 🤠 🌱 We recommend you bring a sun hat, long pants, work gloves to deal with cactus spines, and bug spray. We will provide all necessary tools, but you can always bring your own.
The garden gate opens at 9 am. When you arrive at the garden, please show your GivePulse confirmation email to the gate staff at check-in to receive free admission for the day. Once you've checked in, it is important that you park in our volunteer parking lot, which is down a dirt road from our regular parking lot, then walk directly to the Cactus and Succulent Garden to meet your group.
