About
The Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative (WBHI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming and saving lives through disease prevention and early detection.
The Virtual Advocate Program (VAP) equips student leaders with essential knowledge about breast cancer and heart disease. Students are then empowered to share this life-saving information with others through creative and educational social media posts.
To complete the program, students must:
- Attend a live webinar
- Complete a final assessment
- Create and share an educational social media post
Students who successfully complete all program requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion and earn up to four community service or service-learning hours.
Fall sessions are available from September 2 through December 2:
- Wednesdays: 3:00–5:00 p.m. or 5:00–7:00 p.m.
- Fridays: 2:00–4:00 p.m. or 4:00–6:00 p.m.

How does the webinar work? I need to have a participation certificate as soon as possible.
