Get ready for an extraordinary day of growth, empowerment, and exploration at the InfluencHer Leadership Summit! Presented by Building Bridges to Careers and Marietta Community Foundation, this event is exclusively tailored for girls ages 9-13 in Washington County, Ohio. It is FREE to participants.
The InfluencHer Leadership Summit is a unique gathering that brings together enthusiastic young minds, passionate mentors, and engaging activities, all with the goal of equipping tweens with essential leadership skills. Throughout the day, participants (known as “influencHers”) will embark on an immersive journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and hands-on mentorship.
Accomplished female mentors from diverse backgrounds will accompany these young influencHers and join in trying new experiences, including a self-defense class led by female police officers and a women-focused community service activity. More workshops will enable influencHers to unleash their creativity, broaden their horizons, and cultivate a foundation for inner calmness and resilience.
This FREE one-day program will take place on Friday, August 4th, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Only 20 spots are available; we encourage interested parties to register soon to secure their place in this transformative experience.
- Drop-off and pick-up are scheduled from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
- For their safety, we ask that all influencHers wear closed-toed shoes.
Each influencHer will be provided with lunch, an afternoon snack, and a specially designed T-shirt. We kindly request that all influencHers wear this shirt throughout the summit to foster a sense of unity and belonging.
