Update on the Pebble Tossers adopted section of the BeltLine: Renovations are underway at our cherished NE-9 section along 10th Street for the next while, but no fret — we'll be exploring different sections that need some love and care! For the next 2 years, we will host our monthly BeltLine Beautification Project along various trails and parks.
November 18th Location:
It's a big day for Family Volunteer Day! Pebble Tossers will be working along the Cresthill Ave NE Trail and Piedmont Park Community Gardens to engage in general maintenance, litter patrol, and daffodil plantings. Please click here for a map.
Parking can be found at Park Tavern at 500 10th St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Walk about 10 minutes north along the Interim Eastside Trail to reach the community gardens, where Pebble Tossers will gather.
What to expect: Volunteers will beautify and protect sections of the Atlanta BeltLine, which may include: painting kindness rocks, spreading mulch, plantings, removing invasive plants, picking up trash and debris, cleaning signs and fixtures, and taking note of any damage or vandalism. This project is perfect for any age, for families, and for groups. This is an open project and both members and non-members are welcome to participate.
About the Atlanta BeltLine: The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project and one of the largest urban redevelopment programs in the United States. The 22-mile loop of multi-use trails has around two million visitors a year. The Atlanta BeltLine relies on numerous partners and volunteers each year to develop new trails and maintain the existing green space.

What to Bring & Wear: Please bring a water bottle and your own work gloves. We'll provide snacks, tools, and supplies! Wear closed-toe shoes and work clothes. You may also want to wear a hat and sunscreen.
