About
Palouse Cares is sponsoring the Palouse's largest annual food drive.
Volunteers can meet in the Zeppoz parking lot at 10:00 am for instructions and all the supplies they'll need to participate in this rewarding event.
The goal of Palouse Cares is to ensure that children on the Palouse are fed, educated, cared for, and supported. We strive to meet these specific goals every year and constantly remind ourselves of the smiling faces that receive the benefit of our community’s goodwill. Forty-two percent of Whitman County residents live under the poverty line, more than any other Washington state county. Latah County, Idaho has more resident living below the poverty line than 41 of the state's 44 counties.
Come help this incredible effort to make sure local families have enough to eat this winter!
