Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities with Engage Miami

Engage Florida/Miami works to expand and protect access to the ballot in South Florida through nonpartisan voter registration, vote-by-mail sign-ups, voter education, and peer-to-peer outreach. The organization focuses on engaging voters ages 16 to 35, building a strong foundation for civic engagement among young people.

Their mission is to create a more just, democratic, and sustainable Florida by developing a local culture of civic participation that is bold, creative, and impactful.

What volunteers might do:

• Participate in volunteer canvassing to distribute educational materials (in person)
• Join local service events (in person)
• Support outreach efforts through phone banking (remote)
• Assist with voter engagement through text banking (remote)

If you are interested in volunteering, email monica@engage.miami and bri@engage.miami . Please include which volunteer opportunities you are interested in (canvassing, phone banking, or service events) and whether you are available for in-person or prefer remote-only activities).
