About
We are looking for college students that would like to serve as Elementary Reading Tutors for the spring 2023 semester! Our HELPS reading curriculum is an incredible program used with students in grades 2-5. Tutors will be trained in the program and then scheduled to tutor in schools conveniently located to them. The schools we work in are located in Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, and surrounding areas. Our tutors come from all areas of Guilford County to receive service-learning hours, volunteer hours, internship experience, and elementary education experience. We are excited to work with you!

Requirement Details
Tutors will complete a background check to work in Guilford County Schools and also attend one virtual training to learn about the HELPS literacy curriculum. Tutors do not have to pay to partake in the background check or training.
