*Please fill out a volunteer application before registering for this event, and please note that volunteer shift approvals will happen during normal business hours from Monday thru Friday.*
Front Desk Volunteers will be trained to answer the phone, transfer calls to appropriate staff members, and keep a call log. Volunteers will also monitor the lobby for activity, cleanliness, and ensure an environment of hospitality for all entering and leaving the building.
Ideal candidates would be those who would like a structured volunteer schedule, able to return at least weekly for their shift. Ability to navigate a multi-line phone system, internet searches, and basic computer skills necessary.
