About
Join MSU students, faculty, staff, and community members every year as we volunteer to help build a home for a local family in need. No experience required!! Dress comfortably (no open-toe shoes) and be prepared to make a difference in our local community. Learn a little construction, make new friends and have fun making an impact in the community!
Volunteer work typically includes site preparation, framing, roofing, siding, painting, trim work and landscaping. Groups interested in filling a work shift should contact the volunteer coordinator for possible dates and group size.
For information, contact the Habitat volunteer coordinator vc.Starkvillehabitat@gmail.com. For emergency help the day of your volunteer shift, contact construction manager John at (662) 418-6411.
