DONATION DRIVE

CEC's Trash to Treasure brings Donation Drive back! Bins will be located in different dorms around campus for you and other students to donate anything you do not want to keep while moving out! We take almost everything. It is occuring from May 11th to May 20th. Check below for the locations of the bins and for the list of what we do and do not accept. Avoid dumping things in the trash that others might use and give it to us! 

             Dorms: Jester East, Jester West, San Jacinto, Duren, Kinsolving, Creekside, Moorehill, and Carothers.

        Accepting: office supplies, gently used clothing, all books, electronics, shoes, bags, home goods, bedding

        NOT Accepting: UNDERWEAR, WEAPONS, TRASH, RUGS, BROKEN ELECTRONICS, BROKEN ITEMS

For this event to work, we need volunteers! It is easy. You will be stationed at a dorm and all you have to do is roll the bins out from that dorm to the meeting spot and separate what we do accept from what we dont. Trash to Treasure Coordinators will be coming by to the meeting spots to collect the items. Then, you place the bin back to its corresponding dorm. See below to see where the meeting spot is depending on the dorm you are at.

NORTH SIDE DORMS: Carothers, Duren, Kinsolving, Creekside

      Meeting spot: West Patio of the SSB Building

SOUTH SIDE DORMS: San Jacinto, Jester East, Jester West, Moorehill

     Meeting spot: PCL or Gregory Plaza (will be notified beforehand)
