I have worked in the nonprofit sector for over 7 years as a volunteer, community organizer, case manager, and program director. I currently serve as the Child Hunger Outreach Specialist for Austin (Travis County) with the Texas Hunger Initiative. I received my Master’s in the Science of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 with a concentration in Community and Administrative Leadership.
I am excited to work on improving participation in available nutrition programs and decreasing childhood hunger in Texas!
