Women in Science and Technology (WiST) is a student organization at North Carolina A&T State University dedicated to empowering women in STEM fields through mentorship, professional development, and community engagement. While our focus is supporting women in science and technology, all students are welcome to join us in building a more inclusive and diverse STEM community.
Our Mission:
WiST bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world impact by providing leadership opportunities, technical skill-building workshops, networking with industry professionals, and hands-on community service experiences. We ensure that every member has the resources, support, and confidence to excel in STEM and give back to the community.
Our Values:
Empowerment • Excellence • Service • Community • Innovation
