It was fun getting students to express their thanks by having them write thank you cards. Interacting with some new people and hearing about their lives was pretty interesting too. I love how Giving Thanks does this because it shows students why we should really be appreciative for what we are given. Also gives them information of what would happen without the things University of Texas does get.

Helped organize all the clothes and shoes onto the tables for display. I also helped people find items they were looking for.

We made goody bags to hand out to the custodians and bus drivers of the UT campus to show thanks for all thier hard work every day. It was amazing how happy they were when they received these because many students do not really express their gratitude for them. They do so much for us and this college, we should show our appreciation.
