Tasks:

1. Packing Up Unsold Silent Auction Items:

   • Carefully pack up any unsold silent auction items.
   • Ensure items are securely stored and labeled for easy identification.

2. Bringing in Signage:

   • Collect and bring in all signage from outside the event venue.
   • Ensure signs are properly stored and accounted for.

3. Miscellaneous Tasks:

   • Perform various tasks as needed to support the shutdown process.
   • Assist in cleaning up and organizing the event space to return it to its original condition.

Additional Information:

• Self-parking is available for all volunteers.
