1. Covering for Other Volunteers:

   • Step in for other volunteers during their dinner breaks.
   • Ensure continuity in various roles such as guest check-in, auction assistance, and whiskey and wine assistance.

2. Monitoring Silent Auction Area:

   • Keep an eye on the silent auction area to ensure items are secure and guests are following auction procedures.
   • Assist guests with any questions or issues related to the auction.

3. Miscellaneous Tasks:

   • Perform various tasks as needed to support the event.
   • Be ready to assist in any area that requires additional help to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Additional Information:

• Volunteers will be provided with meals during their shift.
• Self-parking is available for all volunteers.
• Dress code for volunteers is black tie optional.
