UT San Antonio Alumni Gala

1. Greeting Guests:

   • Welcome guests as they arrive and get dropped off from valet.

2. Checking In Guests:

   • Use our event software to check in guests efficiently.
   • Ensure all guests are properly registered and accounted for.

3. Directing Guests:

   • Guide guests to the silent auction area and cocktail hour.
   • Provide clear directions and answer any questions guests may have about the event layout and agenda.
4. Volunteer Check-in
   • Use Give Pulse to check volunteers into their shift.
   • Read them the directions of their shift.

Additional Information:

• Volunteers will be provided with meals during their shift.
• Self-parking is available for all volunteers.
• Dress code for volunteers is black tie optional.
