2025-2026 Tax Volunteer: In-Person Training for United Way of Central Alabama (VITA)
Time commitment - Participants are asked to commit to volunteer at least 24 hours with United Way this tax season, between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Certification - Volunteers must complete and provide IRS Certification prior to volunteering. At end of training, you will be ready to complete certification test.
Background Check - Instructions to complete a background check will be provided after completion of certification.
