Dream in Green’s mission is to empower individuals—especially youth—to take a leadership role in addressing climate change and other environmental challenges facing South Florida. The organization supports schools, households, businesses, and local governments in reducing their environmental impact. Through community partnerships, Dream in Green designs and delivers educational programs and workshops that promote environmentally sustainable behaviors across all age groups.
What volunteers might do:
- Assist with environmental education programs and workshops
- Support school-based sustainability initiatives
- Help organize or participate in community outreach events
- Provide administrative support or help develop program materials
- Engage with local youth to inspire action on climate issues
