About
Join Our Step Up & Mentor Initiative!
The Karen Hearts Foundation Step Up & Mentor Initiative, in partnership with Grow with Google, goes beyond traditional mentoring. We offer peer group mentoring, one-on-one mentoring, and e-mentoring, along with online virtual workshops and training sessions available to both mentors and mentees.
As a nonprofit school, we don’t just mentor—we build skills, confidence, and pathways to success. Through the Grow with Google College & Career Readiness Program, participants gain free training, certifications, and scholarships available now in high-demand fields like IT Support, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Project Management, UX Design, and AI Essentials.
Not only will you be helping others, but we are here to help you too. Mentors and mentees alike develop leadership, digital literacy, soft skills, and career readiness, all while connecting in a supportive, growth-focused community. Step Up & Mentor is your chance to guide, inspire, and transform lives—while growing personally and professionally.
